9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Big Screen satellite broadcast Open to the public

Live broadcast of the events in Washington, D.C. as they happen

The gathering of dignitaries and parade will be preliminary events.

The formal swearing in ceremonies of President Barack Obama and

Vice-President Joe Biden will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tulsa time as it must be completed by 12 noon Washington D.C. time per our Constitution.

The ceremony will be climaxed with a speech by President Barack Obama

Come enjoy the booths of festive foods, beverages, and souvenirs that will be available in the Grand Ballroom. There is no admission charge.
